Travel Grants

To support attendance, IROS 2025 offers several travel grant programs with applications opening on July 1, 2025, and closing on August 1, 2025. These include:

  • IEEE RAS Travel Support Program: Up to $1,500 USD for IEEE RAS members who are student authors or authors from developing countries.
  • IEEE IES-SYPA Travel Support Program: Up to $1,500 USD for IEEE IES members who are students or young professionals.
  • IROS-SDC Travel Award Program: Partial support up to $600 USD or 80% of air travel costs for eligible applicants.

Prospective authors are invited to submit high-quality papers representing original work in all areas of intelligent robots and applications.
